So all of a sudden our country has gotten ridiculously cold. my feet feel like they are going to fall off. the longer I spend writing this post, the longer I am out of my bed for, it's not that one.

I can't think of something I want to see less than this to be honest. The Rock: great in a wrestling match, not so great in a movie. put him in a shit wrestling match, he will make it good. Put him in a shit film... well.

I went to TGI's with Miles, Drew and Jack. It was brilliant. I had this Jack Daniels chicken with veg and cheesy mash. fan-fucking-tastic.

I told the waiter (who's name has escaped me) that it was miles's birthday, and he bought all the staff over to sing him some birthday song. Miles was embarrassed but then the waiter gave him a massive slice of this cake and we all shared it well fast.

big up all the mcdonalds kids...i hear ya.

natalie has got her new whip. literally picked me and jamie up from my house to take me to mcdonalds upon request. what a true gentleman.

MEANWHILE! OTHER MAN ARE DOING THE TING ON ROAD WITH NO GLOVES OR HAT. ITS SNOWING SO DONT PISS ME OFFFF

a load of people went out for my bosses birthday. we all went for a meal at this wicked buffet place near the train station called 'more.' the snow was so peak Sam Dent had to put a carrier bag on her head hahaha

after the meal, we all missioned across to envy on the other side of town (literally.) there were no taxi's so we had to walk and bare of the girls were wearing high heels! shit took looooong

the sky was so so light, and such an odd colour because of all the snow on the ground. i took this photo at about 1 in the morning.

there's your fucking photo journalism. I dont know what the headline is, I dont know what the story is, but three muslim women in berka's sat on a bench looking at the snow is the sort of gold the sun dream of for the vault.

we had a peri peri around natalie's house on sunday night and all made skittles milkshakes. me and jamie tried the new(ish) crazy cores flavour, not as amazing as the original i didn't think.

it's kind of hard to see, but this pigeon had a funny pattern on his breast that made it look like he was wearing a black suit jacket, a white shirt and a tie. can you see it? i couldn't get a better flick because there was loads of people around and i felt like a twat.

i don't give a fuck what anybody says, beyonce is the most beautiful women walking the earth right now. there is not one inch of her that is not perfection. I know wicked-land is not really the place for this kind of thing, but I saw this photo of her and could not not put it up, what a dream.

I had a delightful lunch today, a double stacked butterfly breast burger w/ spicy cheese sauce, onion rings, bacon and all the nice salad from wetherspoons. (obviously chips too) this was really really impressive. mahooooooooosive too!

that's what's been going on then! I'm going to post drawings up tomorrow. I hope this snow doesnt come down bad and fuck up my whole weekend. I turn 23 on saturday. it's mad to think I've documented 5 birthdays on here. I'm still buzzing that wicked-land is five.

YOOOOOOOOOOOO FIVE WHOLE FUCKING YEARS AY!!!! i thought about this day when i first set up wicked-land. I was sat in a computer lab at uni with only one other person in it, this guy michael who was on my course who i hated. I remember thinking if i made it to five years and could still be bothered to write i would be so so happy. thanks to everybody for reading and making it worth my while. here's to another 5!

yooooo, into february then. how quick did january go? I can't believe it. here are some more things that have been happening. I hope you enjoy.

this is what i like to call a real mans kit kat. speaking of kit kat, they have released four 'new flavours' for a limited time only, but two of them (the white and the peanut butter) have been out on the market before. don't lie.

someone had dropped a chicken kebab everywhere, and the chicken that was in it looked fantastic. hof couldn't resist.

AYYYYYY! i met Pete Donaldson from the football ramble podcasts. for the girls, he is a the voice of ITV2 adverts, Katie and Peter, TOWIE, that sort of shit. I was surprisingly starstruck.

Bradley went to birmingham to sort this out, i was so ridiculously buzzing when he shown me. One of the biggest radio DJ's in the UK, wowzaaaa.

Also, Brad bought this back, its a little westwood condom promo item. It was covered in little quotes and song lyrics regarding using protection. 'wear a latex or you might be getting that late text - the text that says she's late' (i fucking love shit like this) 'don't catch nothing you can't throw back'

Kenny Dalglish was checking the back pages of the papers in the tesco garage. Naaah, ok then, all jokes aside. what kind of woman wears a full on liverpool tracksuit with matching bubble coat?

football on sunday was a mad one, pure good fun.

sunday night i went over to see natalie and eat some food. exciting times as an auction on a car she was bidding on ended on ebay. we all watched on.

HSE ONLY WENT AND FACKING WON IT DIDNT SHE! i remember the last time i used ebay, i didn't win the auction and it was so heartbreaking. I've not been back since.

i don't like these little chaps that jam in the bottom of urinals. little silver bells. what is your job? everything works fine with out you, so fuck off.

there is no place to read a book in public (besides on transport) and not look like a wanker. Judging the book by its cover it was some dungeons and dragons shit, and this guy had a pony tail, so its funny still but i kind of know how this guy feels. sometimes on lunch i think it would be really productive to draw or write some lyrics, but i don't dare because i don't want to end up on a blog somewhere being called a 'pretentious prick.'

i saw this bloke two days in a row, wearing the same massive gold sunglasses and bright green beanie hat. he had the most mental, mental, deep brown/orange fake tan/sunbed face.

a few of us hit that new tuesday night hip hop thing at rockafellas. It was really good fun, loads of good bangers got played, it was a proper sing along. it was a pure sweat box though! One of the best nights i have been to in leicester ever.

a weird thing happened yesterday. i was drinking a can of pepsi and when i opened it it didn't fizz, and the drink slowly came up through the opening and spilled into the top bit.

the can was absolutely full to the trim, literally. you know usually you get that little bit of emptiness at the top? this one was bursting. i have never, ever, in all my years of drinking cans of pop seen that.

HEY UP YOU COOL READING GUYS! here is what has been going on since i got back from poland. it's relatively short because it's all been really quite quiet.

I went to watch Leicester city smash the shit out of Nottingham Forrest on the tuesday evening when we got back with George and Bradley. it was 4-0, bloody brilliant.

we spotted Jimmy Floyd Hasslebaink (former premier league genius), shouted him and he gave us a wave. it was in my top 10 best moments of that evening.

the following night i cooked up a who don dinner for me and jamie. i love vegetables so much, i wish places like peri peri did portions of veg, that would be fucking wicked. my veg here was peppers, red onions, courgettes and sweetcorn in some spanish sauce thing. DEEE RICIOUS

look at how great this lime is. it looks perfect. all the equally measured sections and symmetry and shit. i fucking love stuff like this. that's nature, that shit just happened for no reason. the evenness of the peel around the outside. i like how when you slice into the inside of citrus fruits they are always kind of sealed, even though all the juice is just stored in there.

Boy Better Know did a brilliant video cast on sunday evening on Ustream. it was to celebrate JME's single 96 fuckries being released. they did a live set and were all being pure stupid and wearing bare silly hats and that. DJ maximum was playing some pure decent old school beats.

MOEEEEESH, natalie cooked fajita's on sunday. LOOK AT THIS FUCKING SHIT, YOU DO NOT HAVE SHIT LIKE THIS HAPPENING IN YOUR LIFE. THIS IS HOW I LIVE ABSOLUTELY SOLIDLY EMOTIONAL EVERY TIME.

millsy was faking loving it. you should have seen her silly geordie hands trying to make the fajitas, oh my god. it was a right old state, all falling out of the ends and too big. what a delicious dinner we had.

i felt roooough for this girl. i bet she feels sore when her and her mate go out and about and her mate has got proper ugh boots and she is having to wear her povo edition ones. paaaain. she was pure stepping into the side of them if you know how i mean too.

i think i have forgotten how to draw again.

more people eating maryland in mcdonalds. the workers weren't even batting an eyelid.

some mental shit happened whilst i was in there. I was queuing up to get served and some girl, about 17-18 years old came down the stairs crying asking to speak to a member of security. I got seated upstairs and everyone was looking over at her like something had just happened. she spoke with staff a bit, a few customers came over and said they felt sorry for her as they left.

after she left i turned round to these two girls and asked them what had just happened. apparently some youngish indian bloke has come upstairs and said to the girl that he was just sat where she was and he had lost his phone. he had a quick look around on the floor and the seat, said he couldn't see it and he would try ringing it or something and left.

a few minutes later the girl realised her iPhone 4 was missing from the table. I'm guessing by her reaction that she didn't have insurance. thats mental innit!

this guy was cracking me up. he looked like the shittest secret agent ever. proper conspicuous. i shown my dad the photo and he suggested something cool, he was like 'what if he was the best though?' insinuating that he could be hiding in plain view. I'm into that shit.

WRAP RECORD

ok, so i made a deeper dinner last week, luckily jamie was around to take you lot through a step by step.

I'm talking about spicy rice with bare vegetables in it, proper nice fajita chicken and roasted red peppers.

STEP ONE: put a nice bit of rice into the wrap.

STEP TWO: carefully line up chicken across the top of the rice.

STEP THREE: get some peppers across the chicken. use your hands if you need to. spread some sour cream on the right hand side of the wrap.

STEP FOUR: put some salsa on top of the pile of rice, chicken and peppers.

STEP FIVE: do the same with some guacamole.

STEP SIX: sprinkle some cheese on top. we used cathedral city as it is the best, but its up to you if you want to use pussy boy tasteless red cheese. enjoy it.

STEP SEVEN: carefully and tightly roll the wrap, and gently, in a sawing motion, cut through the middle of the wrap.

James White is a digital artist living in Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada. He has had bare clients, Toyota, Nike, Google, VH1 to name a few. he is also known for being the artist behind Tron legacy.

I pure like his style, proper complex photoshop and illustrator use, it looks well like all that daft punk sci fi stuff that is real cool. here are a few of my favourite bits of his.

KRAKOW 2012 PART 2

ok so part 2! this was on the same day as where we left off with the last post.

as you can imagine all the convenience shops were ridiculously good, they sold loads of everything.

including anus chocolate. make of that what you will.

ok so this was mental. inevitably we ate some mcdonalds. i've never felt more annoyed at our mcdonalds before in my life. the brown and green boxes are their two main burgers (beside the obvious standard issue ones) and they are simply mind-blowing. especially the green box.

the green one has a bun with cheese and bacon bits on top of it, big mac sauce, a slice of cheese, a nice burger, proper smokey smoked bacon (not like the burnt ham we get over here) and then a cheesy patty, but the cheese inside is like a slightly thicker cheddar nacho cheese, covered in breadcrumbs.

words cannot begin to explain how incredible this tastes. jamie described it as 'bazerk' and he wasn't wrong at all. they taste ridiculous.

the other one would still easily be the best burger in this country, but didn't quiet reach the rurified heights of its cheesy friend. it had an odd vinaigrette kind of sauce, cheese, bacon, a hash brown and the burger, all in the same bacon and cheese bun. ludicrous.

jamie got the appropriate food for the gentlemen too hungover to leave the bed.

stuffed peppers in a tomato sauce in a kebab shop like thats not the best thing you have ever seen. i wonder what polish people think of maryland and tj's?

this guy was sick, he had a bike with a bench on the front.

we went out on the saturday night. we found a place that was like firebug upstairs and sophbeck downstairs. it was distinctly average but we all agreed that you would inevitably get sucked in and spend the night there.

i really liked this plumbing. i remember being pissed, looking at it and buzzing out in disbelief. it was like a sick, thick metal shoelace.

we met two great dutch guys in the hostel, Tom and Annelot. they came out with us on that night and it was a right laugh. they were the kind of couple that has a secret hand shake, that's cool as fuck. but it wasn't your standard cuffs and slaps, it was a real complex, tight selection of moves. check it out.

it was fully tvizzle season.

more of those delicious burgers. mcdonalds is the most unreal thing in the world.

it was getting pretty tense living on top of each other. macho man bullshit pursued.

these wicked USB wristbands were in the adidas shop. pretty show show.

they had these wicked street vendors that sold pizza slices and calzones. the slices were massive, like a quarter of a 12'' pizza and they cost £2.40. they were delicious and amazing.

we spend one evening getting pissed in the communal room of the hostel doing tricks like the one where you lean against the doorframe and your arm raises by itself. this is my personal favourite.

lie face down on the floor and keep your forehead and belt pressed against the floor. get one friend to hold your relaxed arms up in the air, straight ahead of your head for 2 minutes, the higher the better. get another friend to do the same to your legs.

after two minutes, have them slowly lower your arms and legs until they touch the ground, all going to plan you should feel like your body goes into the ground. it's the best feeling you can feel without sex or drugs.

we went to a bar called 'rehab'. the flyer read 'when i grow up i want to go to rehab' with a picture of a little girl saying it. how distasteful haha.

dan got the shots in, a massive platter for a couple of quid.

we went to the mall on the last evening for a look around. the food in the food court was carried away again.

stuffed aubergines, with cheese, hand made fries with vegetables and mental lasagne. it was so peak.

they had a massive ice-cream parlour too. every flavour imaginable. here is bubblegum ice cream, it looks so good doesn't it.

KRAKOW 2012 PART 1

heeeeeeey, ok so a load of us went to poland for a week. here are some photos of things that happened.

touchdown.

they were at it more or less straight away, bloody foreigners looool

saw some culture.

this was the full team.

shower don pizza straight away. this was £2.40.

polish chocolate was fully in effect.

we went to a karaoke bar to kick off the first night. it was with a proper full band, it was a right laugh, some of the polish guys were pure good at it.

frank and george did 'should i stay or should i go', i did a heartfelt rendition of 'someone like you' by adele.

this thing was in the club where you breath into a straw and in to it and it tells you if you are too pissed to drive. George was battered but got a green light where as Jamie who was sober got a red one. Inconclusive.

the take out food was carried away. they did well nice kebab wraps that were pressed in like a panini press thing.

a dead bird. good innit.

the hostel we were staying in was decorated in funny hippy graffiti.

lol. big up all the mid 80's leicester babies who get the joke.

we had these not so great open top sandwiches.

snow tried it, as there was none when we first got there.

me, dan, frank and jamie went on a massive walk one day.

snow started to fall.

we stopped off for a cake and a drink in this badboy little cake shop. i accidentally pushed in front of a couple women in the queue and in that got tutted.

frank thought about doing the proper europe ting. you know how when you are in another country you try the local dish? frank is more into trying the local fashion.

i love franks face in this photo. i feel like although jamie is the frontman and the guy who the girls in the front row scream for, all the music mandem and the guys who really get the band enjoy frank, as he is only in the band to play great music, not to draw girls and do the whole rockstar thing.

back on road after a little overnight snow.

this day, we were off to zakopane, a mountain town a 3 hour drive away from krakow

there was bare snow that day.

big up all the hair guys trying to copy frank road europe. naaaaah maaaate.

george was heavily contemplating some shit on the coach to zakopane.

oh no, hang on. he was just sleeping luls.

the snow in zakopane was fucking peeeeak. proper deep.

imagine living in this. on the way up we saw someone shovelling snow off there driveway. pointless. it'll be there tomorrow, but that's what it takes to get the car out to go to the shop. fucked life.

on the cable car thing on the way to the top of a mountain.

we bought some sledges and hardly used them.

we went snowboarding. found a place that rented out the boots and the board for £2. fucking ridiculously poverty. it was so sick, we had the slope to ourselves.

everyone got the hang of it pretty quickly.

we were all on fyaaaaa. snowboarding is every bit as easy as i thought it would be.

we met another human who we asked for group photo and we should never have bothered. waste of time thick people.

after we had a lovely meal at the top of the mountain in a tavern with a few locals in it. they served these delicious hot chocolates.

SHORTY SMALLS BBK

Yo. I'm going poland tomorrow with a bunch of the guysdem so this is just a little post of stuff i had on my phone from this week.

all it's been about is chicken and chips. firstly, we see barbecue base on narborough road. i asked the guy for a large chips and he went mental haha. he is one of the top blokes on narborough road. jamei had a whole chicken covered in this nice chilli sauce.

NEXT ONE: chunky chicken in town. jamie had ate 3 whole chickens in 3 days. thats chicken off the bone lifestyle.

kamakaze and twisted pennys came over after that to make a tune. we shot a little video too, so i'll edit that and get it up soon enough.

i made this little guy at work. i really like him. i might make a huge series of characters like this every time i see a pack of batteries or something. in other news did you know that kodak has gone bust? what a sad day :( (says me posting digital photographs from my mobile phone camera)

last night we ordered peri peri delivery for the first time. even with all the little extras in sauce and cheese on the burgers and what not they didn't fuck the order up, it all came perfectly. also, its free delivery if you spend over £10's so it didn't cost a think. it was really brilliant.

FINALLY IN THIS SHORT POST! i don't think anybody wants to play this anymore. i might just post the pictures to the wicked-land page and see if anybody plays like that. otherwise i might just fuck it off and keep taking pictures of chicken. tell me where this is:

YEW NEARS VEVE

I know what you are thinking. 'Finally, it's the weekend.' Also, here is some wicked-land. that's what i like to call a 'double win.'

I went to the Uncle Frank christmas show on the 30th. It was a well good show, pure good fun. Frank's face is not made out of curtain, this was just a red light on him at the time.

i like this picture. jimlad and frank are fifa sparring partners. watch out if you are trying to come through in the fifa scene. it wont happen loooooool

new years eve. how old would you say this guy is? i would love to go to download, i bet you see some amazing people there. like think when you go to a regular festival, you see people wearing mental out of the ordinary shit anyway, but i bet you see some genius people wearing crazy shit.

me, max and emma met sam and taz in firebug for a couple and saw the new year in there. me and sam started the countdown chant a bit early, had everyone counting down and then celebrating the new year before it had even landed. i took a screenshot of my phone as we laughed.

HAPPY NEW REAL YEAR!

i popped over for one with the other lads in otree. everyone was enjoying alcohol like brits do.

me and max went to the sidewinder event at the O2 after. it was so so packed out. it was well good fun although hardly anyone turned up. the highlight of the night was maxwell D switching at dj slimzee because his vinyl was skipping. he had a massive strop on stage and left in a mood.

the next night i met the work lot for drinks and pizza at the bartenders ball at revolutions. pete was showing me the revolutionary (lol, i didn't even mean that) pizza sandwich. take two slices of thin based pizza, turn them so the toppings face each other and stick them together. you have done it.

we had loads of lovely cocktails and got dead pissed. the cocktails were delicious and so drinkable.

the next day we had football down riverside. it was one of the coldest days ever, but we had loads of us and a proper sicko game.

there was a massive fire down the bottom of the field, near the british gas depo. the whole field was covered with smoke as we left.

max tried a bit of jamie's lettuce in peri peri. he has his plain, with just cheese and mayo. he doesn't eat vegetables either. he said he didn't like it.

this povo shop next door to peri peri has stuck some signs up in the window saying 'brik a brak shop'. it might as well say 'shit hole. we are not doing very well so we are selling a rail of old clothes too.' how embarrassing.

i downloaded football manager for my phone. i usually take on wycombe wanderers for some reason when i start these kind of games, i don't know why, i just have done for ages.

here is a clue about the mental heights i have been taking the club to. just an idea.

this woman was sat in her little mobility scooter feeding the pigeons and every time they came close enough she would pet and stroke them. i have no words. that, to me, is mental. i think anything can happen these days.

i don't know how i never saw this photo before, apparently it is well famous. It is a photograph of grace jones but her partner Jean-Paul Goude and it was used as the cover for her album 'country'. I really, really like this picture, the colours and her pose are triffic!

Happy new year everyone! i hope last night was very good fun and that you all have a brilliant year this year. here is a review of what happened over the course of last year.

JANUARY

the whole charlie sheen thing started to happen, Leicester played man city in the cup and the auditorium was rapidly becoming a pretty good venue. this was a relatively slow month.

FEBRUARY

i dont think anything good happened in february. people were still wearing the green and gold man united tops in protest, i spent most of the month playing grand theft auto san andreas and went to an amazing night at the auditorium, some reggae night with musical youth and dawn penn.

MARCH

i ate so many jars of nutella in march. pancake day was sick, i did my day in 85 photos, probably my favourite wicked-land post from last year. max was driving too.

APRIL

we had mental hot weather in april. the royal wedding happened, i had a lovely barbecue party at mine, and i think april was when natalie's cooking started to go properly properly mental. also lion bar cereal dropped.

MAY

may was a super busy good fun month. we had a sick night in leeds, hof started working at booker which had its big move around, we had an unreal night out at franks restaurant, dan came home from new zealand and i finished uni.

JUNE

It didnt stop raining the whole of june. john went away to egypt and hof and kelly hosted a hose party that was really good fun.

JULY

july was personally the best month of last year for me. aside from buying an xbox 2nd had that instantly red ringed and has not been used since, i went to portugal on holiday with jamie and global gathering with a whole bag of us. also, big johns opened and disappointed.

AUGUST

in august we had the riots, (it doesnt seem that long ago does it?) summer sundae with mcfly, my mum made a side dinner one night and arsenal got fucking rolled on my manchester united with a full time result of 8-2.

SEPTEMBER

i think september deserves the critics choice award and is a close contender for month of the year. it was bike ride season, and we had the first wicked-land bike ride to loughborough. more bike riding, i finished working at booker after 6 years, started working at rockstar promotions, and peri peri opened in town.

OCTOBER

we rolled to the rinse fm 17th b-day party in london, had a wicked birthday part for kyle where we set off a load of fireworks, had a good fun halloween party for natalie's birthday and i worked the leicester uni freshers fair, that was well good fun.

NOVEMBER

we went to the fireworks celebrations at abby park, went to the x factor, i went to see dave gorman with max, my ipod broke and deleted everything off itself and frank introduced me to the best thing ever, these little polish peanut butter and nutella treats.

DECEMBER

in late november blake and kirsty had a little baby girl, so we went to meet her, i went to the work christmas fancy dress party dressed as jesus, got embarrassingly pissed out of my face, lord of the mics 3 dropped, natalie made me one of the best dinners of the year, this homemade carbonara and we had our annual lads christmas dinner round my flat.

it was a massive, massive year for wicked-land last year, generating well over 35,000 hits for the year. it may not sound like a great deal in comparison with other blogs, but for a personal lifestyle blog i simply cannot believe so many people have been following.

i just wanna thank every single person who supports so, so much, i really love writing my blog and i'm so glad that you people continue to read and support. i hope you carry on reading and enjoying wicked-land!

PILOT V5 HI-TECPOINT ROLLERBALL PEN (RED)

i love pilot for creating this wonderful pen. fast little sharp marks with no bleed. they are so wonderful to write or draw with, they are my favourite. i had another pen that kind of levelled it, but it ran out after a couple of days where as these have some longevity. here are some doodles i did the other night.

YULETIDE FUNSTIVITIES

Hello all! merry yuletide, as you may have seen yesterday on the wicked-land Facebook i already wrote out this whole post and then lost it all. i was not best pleased as it was rather meaty. anyway. more important matters press on.

so this guy was eating maryland in mcdonalds. that is serious poverty isn't it? there cannot be a man alive who would favour a maryland over a mcdonalds. given the choice he would opt for the mcdonalds every time. how povvo can you get?

i had an umbrella in town. i never have an umbrella. i felt so fucking smug, looking at everyone else getting absolutely soaked while everything about my waist was dry.

this was making me laugh so so bad the other night. watch the little lad dancing on the left. his face is so so funny. (also, the girl throws up a little 'W')

max obtained a load of nandos loyalty cards with 9 stamps on. well done max. i was thinking about people who say they don't like nandos earlier. or say that it is over rated. i think if they had a choice and all food was free they would eat nandos all the time. it is simply delicious.

we all went out for some drinks on christmas eve eve. the whole of britain seemed to be on braunstone gate. these blokes were getting too excited, i felt like someone needed to remind them that this window in o tree was not the back of a coach in year 5 coming back from swimming.

jamie asked this woman to take a photo of us all sat around the table. first go she cut everyones heads off. the second one she didn't get everyone in. the third time it was all blurry. in the end jamie took the picture and it kind of defeated the point.

it frustrates me so so much how people in this day and age cannot use camera phones. it's really not hard, its just kind of common sense. hold it fucking still, make sure you have got the whole of what the people handing you the camera want in the photo actually in the photo, and click.

we all headed into town to go mental and be pissed up brits. wheeeeey

met some more mandem in firebug.

that night kamakaze dropped a video for a tune featuring skitza off his upcoming mixtape called 'Iwazaru Avenue'. kamakaze is setting pace in leicester.

the next day i saw a bloke with an owl on his shoulder on narborough road. he opened his car and got in all with the owl still on his shoulder. i respect that.

i went for a fry up with jamie. we saw the guy from the inbetweeners in the cafe. we didn't bother him for a photo while he was eating his breakfast. naah. instead we took sneaky pictures of him and posted them on the internet.

i cooked our annual christmas dinner at my house. everyone had loads of food and booze and it was right good fun.

i spent christmas day at my mum and dads. didn't get a great deal of photos because i don't think that is fun for you lot is it? just photos of me with my family. my mum did shower down on the christmas dinner though, it was proper nice.

the bobble hat wander brigade were out in force the following day. this shit pisses me off so so much. the same day i saw a guy who had pin rolled his best topman red chinos, but instead of actually pin rolling them he had tied two hair bobbles together and used those to hold them up.

fucking pathetic bullshit. and i wish lads would just start wearing socks again, i don't think a single thing in fashion in the last 10 years has pissed me off as much as those moist body warmer, vest, pin rolled chinos and floppy bobble hats wankers do.

this was not very nice at all. i got it because it was new, but i forgot that irn bru stopped being nice about 5 years ago when they changed up the recipe. the taste starts off like irn bru and then ends up being ginger beer. a really disgusting drink.

Ooooooooh, it's so nearly christmas. spare a thought for mary over the festive season, she had to endure child birth without having any of the fun of conceiving. I'm pretty sure she couldn't have had an epidural either.

This guy is the best mc in the uk. i like putting some grime or pure gangster hip hop on my iPod and looking at this picture.

I spend but 15 minutes at coventry train station the other day. I hate coventry. I hate the tramp sub-human scum the shithole of coventry produces. A sign said 'welcome to coventry'. that is like saying 'welcome to your whole family now has AIDs'.

this woman on the train had a kindle. i was so impressed with it. i have never rated them and if i am reading i really enjoy the aesthetic and smell of a good book. however, this bitch had a really nice cover, and it just looked wicked for someone who commutes and is a book head. the way the screen lights up is magical too. it just looked like a normal page. i was fully won over.

OH WOW!!!! not only is my man wearing ugh boots, he came complete with matching little diamond earrings, his chunky knit wool scarf, floppy bobble hat and christmas jumper, and is that alone didn't scream 'absolute bell end' he picked up the body warmer too. he was a genius shade of orange. do girls like this? surely that's why moist guys dress so wet right?

it was fully a booker boys thing inna republic on saturday. A few of the old team got together for a night out. we went nandos first. I love seeing this lot. we spent the night in the RnB room, the Dj was killing it!!!!

Nursing a really heavy head i met Darryl to go to the white noise festival at firebug and the red tent. we went to watch Rosie do some songs, it was very nice indeed. we stayed on at firebug, watched some bands and got a bit pissed.

This guy had 3 carrier bags full of maryland. i cannot begin to imagine how rank he must have felt the next day.

Natalie made pasta.

she did a carbonara with some ridiculously nice bits of panchetta in. although there is a big one coming up because of some guys birthday or something it might get knocked off its perch, but i think this was my favourite meal of the month.

i made this little chap in the office. he is a prick. towards the end of the term i haven't had a lot of company in the office. so i made this guy, but he is just silent. i get nothing out of him.

i found out that another shop on the way to work sells those flapjacks. they have a wider range than the shop on jarrom street and they are only 55p as apposed to 89p. fuck it, get two. the yoghurt one was delicious by the way, thanks for asking.

got that new meal from KFC. it was delightful. the supercharged sauce is a dream and i would buy a bottle tomorrow. it was really good. also i saw dan morley, one of my old uni tutors. he asked if the sandwich was making the blog. here it is, making the blog in dedication to dan.

this is frank, our rogue reporter in the field. he found the hippy-tramps in town have finally fucked off. i'm guessing the seven trent water blokes fucked them off when they had work to do. cool protest bro. well done, you wasted your time and nobody gave a shit.

so alan hansen was extremely ignorant and in turn landed himself in a bit of bother yesterday evening on match of the day when he referred to a black player as 'coloured'. naturally, it sparked uproar, this really irritated me though.

'the overpaid football pundit'. his pay has literally nothing to do with it does it? so so many people are overpaid, i don't understand why the attention always falls with people who work in and around football, who work extremely hard from a very very young age to get to where they are.

what about people like megan fox, who also get paid ridiculous amounts for essentially working in entertainment? what has she done besides be very very good looking? she isn't a great actress i will tell you that. I'm sure she didn't act every single day since she was five years old or so, unlike top flight footballers who earn silly money also. it reeeeeeeeally annoys me.

ayo, another boring dull week in your life, but at least you have the beacon of light that is your weekly wicked-land round up of cool shit.

Pete got everyone in the office an advert calendar. he told me that i look like the milkybar kid, so he got me a milkybar one. The other day i was furious to realise that the chap pulling the sleigh was not rudolph. actually, that's the milkybar kids little mate isn't it? and the milkybar kid is not santa is he?

ok, ignore that i ever brought it up.

I wanted to buy toothpaste from asda the other day. ridiculous choices.

i saw this and thought I'm fucking having that. very nice indeed. i love wraps so so much.

I was happy with this, too. the triple decker. I kept it sat like that and ate it in that order. have you had the festive chicken burger from mcdonalds? its really nice, its got like a salsa and a sour cream, and two nice tortilla chips inside, soggy from the sauce. very, very impressive.

the work staff christmas doo was saturday night. christmas fancy dress. I went as jesus.

we went on a coach journey to cambridge to go to my bosses friends club. it was such a lovely club. playing some remix of take care by drake and rihanna as we got in, i was like HELLO!

sam and jamie were representing heavily with the ant and dec masks.

I started to get so battered. we were proper mixing drinks. for some reason i agreed to get a fishbowl with pete. it was mainly gin and cola, with sambuca, lime and tequila. this completely wrote me off.

i look at this and get a horrible tight feeling across my chest.

this is the last image i had from inside the club. shortly after this i was sick in the VIP area, went off the toilet to spew some more, got found sat on the floor of a cubicle by a doormen and got escorted outside, where i sat in the white jesus robe, freezing for 2 hours until the coach turned back up. why couldn't jesus have worn a coat?

incase you were wondering, the guy in the santa outfit is my boss.

natalie made a few of us dinner the following night. it was delicious, but the mince pies she did for dessert won. i fucking love mince pies. i remember when i was little they were one of my favourite things about christmas. these were ridiculous. i have one on monday and one on tuesday too.

lord of the mics 3 came out. for those who don't know 'lord of the mics' is a grime dvd series that involves battles, or clashes as they are refereed to in the grime scene. big profiles have been created from the last two. (LOTM 1 featured wiley vs kano, LOTM 2 featured skepta vs devilman.)

lord of the mics 2 was released in 2006, so it has been very exciting since jammer announced the release of number 3. the DVD did not disappoint with some real cool moments in it. one clash all gets a big much for marger, a younger mc who punches lay z in the face. you can watch that here!

So this guy is some austrian graphic designer and illustrator. he does some mental projects, this is some of his newer work, entitled 'game zone.' i absolutely love his eye for colour, and the detail in his work, it is mind boggling. so Jermain Defoe apparently drew Rhianna. that's bullshit innit? *insert joke about him not being able to score on the pitch*

blake and kirsty have had their little girl, Indi-Rose. I say blake and kirsty. Blake didn't really have to do a lot of 'having'. I imagine it was more kirsty putting the hard work in. congratulations were in order none the less.

everyone was loving off the photographs.

She was so so tiny. I just wanted to hold her so much. its weird isn't it? i couldn't give a shit about babies. not a single shit. but as soon as the baby belongs to one of my mates she is mental adorable and i wanna smell her skin and make her laugh.

santa on his grind on narborough road. i don't quite know what to make of this. can you imagine being a kid driving by and blowing your fucking head over it? remember in primary school when the caretaker used to dress up as santa and you kind of had to go along with it? i remember everyone knew it wasn't really santa, and everyone knew it was just mr felstead dressed up but you went along with it anyway to make the teachers happy.

this shower bloke was in town. just chilling. steez on 100 percent smash. i love thinking about these cool old blokes. cooler than any of those 17-22 year old try hards.

we were on the coach to london again. it seems like i go london in every single wicked-land post of late doesn't it? i took this picture and we were talking about how it looks like a mixtape cover.

this is the single best feeling you can get in life.

as we pulled onto oxford street a crowd of maybe 100 people waited to cross the road. we turned the corner in front of them and one bloke looked up to our window. i flipped him the bird, and he was transfixed as we drove by the crowd.

he watched, with a slight smile on his face as if to say 'yeah, well done. you have done me.' his girlfriend chattered on at him obliviously. the rest of the crowd had not noticed. just me and him existed in that moment. it was great.

how does anybody wear these shoes? i remember even back in the day when i used to be into a whole bunch of skateboarding brands and that these were shit back then. let alone in london! C'MON SON

i met up with valena and we mooched around a bit. she shown me this really nice art shop but I didn't buy anything because i had no money.

I had the worst tube experience ever. one of the escalators was not working, so there was a huuuuuge crowd queuing to get down it. it tooka bout 10 minutes. the whole time, at the bottom of the escalators there was a jazz musician playing a really fast, loud, aggravating, up-tempo piece.

oh god it was making me so mad. jazz is not an impartial music form that everyone enjoys. i happen to fucking hate most of it, especially in this form. after a horrible tube ride i got to (i think) oxford circus and had to take the 193 steps because the lift was too busy.

it was a saturday and half the world were christmas shopping. queue loads of people stopping on the stairs for breathers, staying close to the inside of the spiral staircase and slowing me down. people stopping and laughing with one another like it was a fucking tourist attraction. i felt to dash this one woman back down the stairs.

i met back up with max and jamie who had met jack and jess. we had a lovely mexican meal and i was calm and happy again.

the tubes were rammed all day.

myself, max and jamie went to see stephen merchant in his debut stand up comedy show.

it was at the hammersmith apollo. it was funny, but not ridiculous. i had heard nothing but good reviews and it was good, but not side splitting at any point. the laughs were not thin on the ground but in retrospect i would have just watched the DVD instead of spending so much money.

It absolutely baffles me how white men can have dreadlocks. let alone put some fucking wooden beads in it. i wanna stop this guy and just break it down for a minute. look him in the eye and say dead simply 'you have pieces of wood in your fucking hair.'

i went to see araab muzik play his MPC at the music cafe the other night. me and darryl rolled. the guys who warmed up before him played a wicked set of hip hop tempo bass music. darryl was zoning.

he was good, it was good fun, but i went to see a hip hop producer. the guy from dipset, you know, the hip hop crew. it started well and he played a hip hop tune with a massive 808 in it, but then the vast majority of the stuff he played was dubstep. only in leicester could you pay to see one of the most exciting hip hop producers and they would play a dubstep set.

this is amazing. one of the best videos i have ever seen on the internet. Joe Woods brought it to my attention when he posted it on Facebook. i love these kind of videos but this one is so great. i kept rewinding and rewatching parts of it. phenomenal.

he also shown me that that mental head Damien Walters has got a new video out. Is it cool to like his videos? or is he like the Tony Hawk of parkour?

LUNCHTIME MEETS, STALKING FREAKS AND REMIXED TREATS

This morning i realised it's thursday. that's amazing. its friday tomorrow. This week has flew by and I've got some really good shit done that i have been wanting to do for ages. Here is what has been happening.

i saw this vehicle and thought if real life was grand theft auto, i would be so so buzzing to come across this. i would take it and keep it in a garage somewhere.

i got these biscuits from the international supermarket on narbs. they were both rather average.

in town. i would love to know how this happened.

the occupy leicester goons are still out in their numbers. the clock tower freaks when gravitated towards them. sub human tramps. they should all just sit in the garden at the cathedral. let them have that. out of sight.

from that new sweet shop in town i got this. a peanut butter twix. i thought life was complete.

it didn't blow my mind, it was a bit normal to be honest. delicious, but the peanut butter was chalky and dry, dryer than in reeces cups.

me, jamie and bradley travelled to london on saturday. the coach journey was horrible. proper hot and the driver didn't have the fucking air con on. we tried to pull across the curtain to provide some sort of cover from the beaming sun but it was as useless as it possibly could be.

we got to london eventually. this bloke on the tube had blue carrier bags on his feet, inside his shoes. i have no idea why. they were rolled down like ankle socks.

oh my god. so we wanted to watch the football and get something to eat. if you loosely follow my blog or if you are one of my best mates in sure you understand that myself and my friends are bastards for a bit of piri piri chicken.

i thought we had finally reached mecca. this could not be real could it? how can you combine the two most perfect locations?

we found out it had shut recently due to having gambling machines on the premises with out having a gambling license. bad times.

we settled for a delightful pub lunch and then went on to the x-factor live recording. bradley scored some tickets so himself, myself, jamie and max went to the studios. the queue was peak outside.

inside the studio there was no chance of getting a photo or whatever, we had a steward at the end of our isle! it was pretty cool fun, we were shouting and booing and that, it was a right laugh.

outside before we went in we got approached by this little lady. she asked who we were waiting for and a load of other odd questions. she was amazing. she was like 'I'm surprised you have not heard of me. I'm the phantom hugger, i just love to cuddle. look me up.' so we did.

turns out she is some mad head stalker, and hugs celebrities. she went on to list how many fire exits the recording studios has, told us a list of celebrities who she had hugged, told us she would be there until 3am that night waiting for someone to come out and then told us that she would be there tomorrow night (the monday) just incase. she was one of the most phenomenal humans i had ever met.

as if that wasn't enough she told us she was going to simon cowell's house later that week because there was 'no point waiting around the studio for him' when she could 'cut out the middle man' and go straight to where he lives.

back in leicester and away from stalkers i enjoyed some phenomenal fajitas at the slug and lettuce with bradley. the best i ever had there.

the next day mcdonalds was hyping! some hench queue.

they have a sick new style of hand dryer there too. i was well into this.

in other food outlet news Canas y Tapas, that shit spanish tapas place in the highcross has relocated to london. brilliant haha!!! I'm preeeetty sure it is a franchise anyway, so why not just open another branch? that would be too easy. the real question is what they will put there instead now. god I'm excited. (praying for another nandos.)

well i hope you enjoyed reading, I'm going to post up some drawings tomorrow. my scanner at home is a printer scanner, and when you switch it on it loads the printer first before you can use it. well something has gone wrong with the printer and now it won't let me use the scanner. does that seem logical to you? or should you still be able to use the scanner that works perfectly fine? i want to smash it into a million little bit whilst screaming 'I AM A HUMAN, I AM IN CHARGE OF YOU. DO WHAT I FUCKING SAY' but instead i keep shaking it, opening it up and fiddling around praying it works.

So here is some of Wills work, the winner of the recent illustration competition. Will is a 21 year old Leicester local studying Illustration at De Montfort Uni. Will has a real good attention to linear detail and uses contrast very well in a lot of his work. I asked him some questions and got some of his drawings from him.

what kind of media do you use for your illustrations?

I use a lot of ink in my work, with dip pens. i like useing ink beacuse of the messy effect you can get from it, i think its quite a free medium to work with, its fun!

Bird marathon: This is a sketchbook page for a project called the bird marathon, its about aloud of runners dressing up as birds. dip pen and ink.

what/who inspires your illustrations?

ermmm loads of stuff, skateboarding, funny youtube clips, everyday life, movies. Some artist that inspire me are Mike Perry, Raymond Pettibon, Ed Templeton.

Colour: I hardly use a lot of colour in my work, so this was to encourage me haha. watercolours, dip pen and ink.

what do you like to do when you are not drawing?

SKATEBOARDING! love to skate, i also like photography i think its really fun, having beers is always good as well

Old lady: An illustartion i did for a old peoples alphabet, this is one of my favourites. Dip pen and ink.

where do you best like to work?

I probably get more work done at uni because theres no distractions, but i like working at home with my music on coffee, tea biscuits on the go.

Birds hanging: This is an illustration for a book competition im doing the book is called the bloody chamber and this is from the story "The Company Of Wolves". Dip pen and ink.

if you were making a dream sandwich, what would it be made up of?

wow, well lets start off with the bread it has to be granary i love that stuff, then both sides buttered and a layer of mayo, then we add the meat layer i nice bit of ham on both sides then salmi, just a lil bit of lettuce and tomato and then to top it of McCoys salt and vinger crisps to go in the middle.

Everypeoples: This is an Illustration i did for the leicester based company "Everypeoples" this is also a t-shirt design. Dip pen and ink.

what do you want to do with your illustrations? where do you see them going, whats next?

i don't know man im just going to keep drawing and enjoying it, i want to try and get a zine out with some of my work in it, id love to put a show on in the summer with a few people but will see, ooh and finish uni well haha

Veg: These are prints i did with different veg and then drew on top to finish them off, i think these are really fun! haha. Block printing ink and pen.

Ive just gone to look on my itunes and the song that was on last was Rick Ross-aston martin music, but realised that i had it on shuffle, so i thought back and that last song i choose was Bad brains- I against I

HEEEEY SOOOOOOOOO its the weekend. its friday. that means voting has officially been locked off for the wicked-land illustration competition. here are the results!

In third place came Vicky Von with her chav mum complete with tesco bags and all. when she emailed me this she told me that her character 'brushes her teeth with blue WKD' looooooool.

In second with a very impressive entry was Peter Heyes, i really really liked this one and would fucking hate to have to fight him.

BUT THE WINNER WAS WILL WRIGHT! he duppied the dance and got the most votes and therefore wins the competition.

my ipod fucked me up the other night. it deleted everything off itself. i love my ipod. i hate my itunes. im one of those guys who has loads and loads of music, but loads of it is stuff i don't listen to anymore. it did this because i didn't eject it properly, i just pulled it out. i never eject it. i never have ejected it properly. i have never ejected anything properly. pendrives get pulled out for a fucking laugh.

i had to do this and it killed me a little bit.

it was a bad week really. i have had these green suede adidas years and always kept them really nice. i wore them out to sophbeck the other saturday and fucked them. i didn't know until i pulled them out from under my bed and found out.

me and max went to see dave gormans new show at de montfort hall. it was fucking spectacular, one of the best live shows of its nature i have ever seen. dave gorman is hard to explain to people who are not familar with his work.

he is sort of a stand up comedy, but he doesn't really do jokes. he is more about experiments and studying stuff but his attention to detail and just how committed he is to finding out something is what is funny. he did a tremendous tv series where he followed his horoscopes, taking all of the loose sentences super literally, and them measured how it changed his life in terms of finance, love and health. he measured results over a month against his twin brother, the control experiment.

we met frank and went mosh afterwards. it was a right laugh, we all got stupid pissed. waaaaaaaaaaaaay.

BONFIRE NIGHT / LONDON AGAIN

easy all, here is what has been going on this week.

I love it now you get 5 pound notes out of a cash point. not because its a lower denominator, but because they always feel so smooth and brand new. I'm buzzing at the thoughts of tourists using the cash point, 5 pound notes coming out all crispy and new and them pure vybzing off it.

seen this guy in burger king. sat on his own. it must be amazing when meeting people for the first time and then ask 'what do you do?' and you say 'I'm a glorified pedophile in a costume.'

i liked this. who wrote this? it was about 4 foot off the ground.

it's no secret that TJ's super market on the high street is one of the best shops. you know those blackfriars flapjacks i have been loving off recently? they sell fucking LOADS of different flavours. i had a banana toffee one. jesus.

this was the queue for orange wednesdays this week. mad long. and their wasn't really anything new on. no blockbusters anyway. fuck that shit. why not roll in and just use the self service machine? fuck saving 3 pounds.

at last, it happened. equilibrium was restored. bradley from s club 7 and bradley from our friends finally crossed paths, now they finally know if it all goes tits up they have each other. bradley from s club was doing a PA at liquid that night. he was asking us which was the best strip club to go after the show and talking about how he always leaves with strippers.

peanut and white lion bars were the vibe on friday night. surprisingly the peanut one was not mental mental. it was pretty good but not crazy like i imagined.

me and jamie recorded a couple of grime videos. i hope you like the bars. watch out for the joint mixtape that is gonna take over the whole fucking scene and be remembered as one of the classics like the blueprint or home sweet home.

seen a VCR on the street in the rain. literally worth nothing. i imagined like an advert of its life span, where you are supposed to empathise with it, like it has feelings. there could be a little face on the digital display on the front. going from being opened up at christmas one year, buzzing at its new home, through years of use to finally being discarded on to the street, in the rain, cold and homeless. think the 'coffee and tv' video by blur.

i love these guys. i think there is a huge difference between colour co-ordination and literally just wearing all of the same colour. i can imagine this guy walking around town and picking up the various bits he needs (like the hot pink vans) to put this look together.

this is more how its done. doesn't this guy look like something out of a comic book? he was dressed so sick, everything was massive and he had black hair pure gelled back but with one girl hanging down over his forehead.

peri peri ting on saturday with jamie and frank. jamie got a whole chicken with chips and a drink and it was around £8. peri peri do some unbelievable things. I'm getting well into the wraps at the minute. I'm going to go to peri peri after posting this.

i love the international supermarket down narborough road opposite the old library. appropriately named 'international'. they sell so many drinks, they kill it.

a few of us went to natalies house for some food before going to abby park fireworks display on saturday night. she cooked this ridiculously nice lasagne with pepperoni on the top, loads of potato wedges and loads of salad. all the lads were in chorus saying she was a top boy cook.

as we walked down the canal to abby park we seen some blokes getting pissed up, on the canal in little dingys. hahaha

abby park was fucked. we queued for ages and ages and when we finally got in it was so so packed. flipping mental.

i saw a genius guy with like twist spiked hair hanging down in curtains, like how peter andre used to have his hair except it was kind of tapered and well short at the back.

LONDON TENG

on the coach on the way down me and frank lodged my iPod in-between the two seats in front and watched UFC on it. it was like a well nice tiny tv.

we got to london and met max for nandos out of his work. that little fast twat from spurs and england was about. this is my picture with him.

we were in london to see yelawolf, a rapper from alabama. he was supporting wiz khalifa. he killed it, he was so so good live. its a shame hardly any of the crowd knew about him. we made the decision that we deffo need to go and see him on his own tour.

wiz khalifa came out. everyone was going crazy. i remember when he used to be a bit of a puff douglas rapper who just talked about weed. 'mesmerised' is a tune. 50% of kush and OJ is ok. i don't know what the fuck went wrong for this wet faggot.

i literally couldn't believe what i was seeing. he was prancing around, winding like a smack head stripper and pulling his t-shirt up to relieve his skinny stoner frame. he was singing his little gay love songs. bare men inside, and i mean big, london, strong looking black men were singing along. it was fucked. i couldn't believe what i was seeing. i don't know how people can rate this guy seriously.

big up the women with carrier bags on their heads because they don't want their hair to go frizzy and subsequently look like a twat. doing the carrier bag trick is like a short cut isn't it?

15 PLATES AND BARE DIFFERENT HUMANS

Since i started writing this sentence loads of people have died around the world. but also so many little babies have just been born. bare people are crying then.

i really enjoyed this in the news. i like x factor. i like to watch it. i like to enjoy it. if louis walsh wasn't in it then i would be so so happy.

kyle pulled a phenomenal face. a true master of the art.

i went shopping for a birthday card with tazmyn. they are not cheap these days. we spoke about it and that and i reckon its such an outdated action, giving someone a card. irrelevant. effort. costly effort.

i just wish there was a public service message where someone important came out and said 'bollocks to giving cards, nobody has to do it from now on.' and everyone could spend a few more pounds on the presents for the people they actually care about and stop giving a bullshit card to people they don't.

i got to work and saw this on the internet and it instantly made everything better.

what you wear says so much about your identity, i would fucking hate to be a personality-less drip who just follows whatever the new thing is. every single one of them aside from converse boy at the front right is wearing either blue, red, black or white vans authentics and now of them are wearing socks, all with pin rolled trousers. did you roll your sleeves up on your t-shirt too lads? oh, yep. you have gone for that one as well.

seen mad women trekking through town with shopping trollies full of weird shit. i like this photograph the way the centre is in focus and the rest is out of focus.

in iceland in town they have attached these massive metal rods to each trolly. it looks so messy and horrific. from a retail point of view, where it is constantly stressed that the branch looks really tidy and neat, they just make it look shit.

apparently they are to stop people stealing trollies. the idea being that the metal rod is higher than the door frame. i tipped our trolly back onto its rear wheels, in doing so tilted the rod and subsequently would have been able to get the trolly out of the door. its not rocket science is it?

HALLOWEEN TIIIING

max fully got to live out his dream of being turned into a cat. my sister had a house party because halloween is her birthday.

we then went into town. i said to this guy 'what have you come as? a little hippy freak with no aspirations or hopes?' and he replied 'no, i am just wearing a fez.'

remember when playstations were so desirable? every single boy wanted one and they were just some mental unattainable product that you couldn't dream of getting your hands on? they were so valued and if you did manage to get one, then you didn't get anything else for that birthday or christmas. i saw this and felt a bit depressed and upset. it reminded me it was so so long ago when we were at that age and time.

this was very exciting. i love banana flavoured stuff.

I went round to pete from works house on sunday with a few of the other work guys for food. he cooked a smashing roast with beef and chicken, loads of veg and potatoes and that. it was fucking glorious. the gravy was made from slow cooked vegetables. trust me. (plate 2)

it really was so, so nice. i don't usually particularly like roast dinners, but this was something else.

sam dent's yorkshire puddings didn't really do the business so we had to have aunt bessies instead.

sarah and sam had made little cakes. each person got one of their face. i got some fucking yard head thing. cheers guys.

after dinner it was red wine, toblerone and x factor. what a lovely night. define 'night in.'

i would never, under any circumstance queue out the door for a greggs. especially queue about 5 people back out of the door. ever. especially when there is like 5 other ones in town.

relatively mandatory monday fajitas with bradley. they were really nice, we got loads more chicken than last time. for lunch that day i went to the slug and lettuce. (plates 8 & 9)

that night i went for dinner at the slug and lettuce. it was natalies birthday so we went out for dinner. we had a massive feast, it was ruddy brill! (plates 8 - 15)

we got lost trying to find the entrance to the debenhams car park and ended up in the highcross after it was all locked off. hype ting running around going crazy and shouting and that. what good fun.

i got a little tag thing from the police encouraging me to lock my bike up using a D lock. the little tag was attached to my D lock.

frank the cat burglar was busy robbing bikes, dancing and laughing though.

I came across this artist the other day and was instantly dismissive of the thing i saw. I've since looked back into him and the piece that i say was rubbish, but some of his other stuff is really quiet nice. i like the way he uses his media, and unlike the initial piece i seen by him a lot of these sketches really hold some weight. i hope you enjoy them.

CASUAL DINING

Yo, I love Rick Ross so so much.

I went for lunch with bradley last monday. we went to the slug and lettuce for a half price thing that they do. they serve a fajita platter for 2; we got one each. it was a delicious ridiculous highlight to the week. i'm going to text him in a bit and see if he is on it again, i'll let you know.

i've got a clicker on my desk that i fiddle with. over a couple of days i clicked it up to 9999 as i was doing my work. it felt so good to reach the end of the cycle. i clicked it back over to 0000 at felt a pure sense of completion.

we shot a video tuesday night. its posted below!

i swear down i fucking hate young mums. I'm busy on my lunch. I've got an hour. I've not fucking got time for you to try and play british bulldog and get in my fucking when I'm trying to get somewhere. work your day around people who actually need to be in town at around 1pm.

I had to dash across town to meet brad, get food, eat and get back in an hour and wherever i turned there was a fucking pushchair slowing me down. shit really, really pisses me off.

i met jamie for bar b.q. base the other day. he got the showerist meal. half chicken, hot with salad and chips. its so show they don't even put it on a plate or in a bag, its just on a tray. go there, its on narborough road. they have a ridiculously good cheap menu.

james corden was signing his book in waterstones. all the people in the queue had bought his book. they were all queuing up to meet him and get their copies signed. i find that mind blowing. why would you want to meet him? what would you say?

i loved this. harvey nick's gets pride of place. the baby has to go elsewhere.

me, jamie, jimlad and frank went handmade burger for lunch. it was really really impressive. i had a barbecue chicken burger, and they tenderised the breast so it was thin and long and folded it over in the bun, with all the salad, bacon and cheese in the middle.

i love it when jimlad pulls this face, like a little perplexed cartoon duck. it makes me giggle. haha

this rolled through leicester. nice innit?

wheeeeeey!!!! it was kyles birthday. we all went to the pub for a bit.

and then went and let a load of fireworks off and fucked around.

kyle was posing off in front of one to get a picture and it suddenly proper exploded and went well loud! you can just make him out in this picture about 2 yards away from it on one knee!

it was a really good, fun night.

i saw a bloke with a pony tail and a bald patch. I'm not saying its wrong, but I'm pretty sure if i has a pony tail rocker and i started balding i would just adapt rather than look like this. OR! take the hair bobble out and brush it all forward and over the top like a cool kind of under cut.

he suddenly turned around just after i took this picture and i just acted like i was taking a photo of something else. looking back at the photo it must have been so blatant because of my shadow.

it was a very, very delightful day on saturday. the sky was very nice.

i had a cracking big mac yesterday. i don't have them that often, but when i do i really enjoy them.

this made me smile this morning. i flipped over the washing basket to get a shirt out and they all held their form and shape. looooll like a lasagne made from clothes.

thats all really. looking back through this post I'm realising why I'm so fucking skint all the time. all my money goes on dining, constantly eating in restaurants like I'm some balling city guy. i need to start taking a packed lunch to work.

I'm doing my iPhone update as i write this, i hope nothing goes wrong and I've still got all my stuff. it puts me in mind of that quote from fight club when tyler durden burns down...edward nortons apartment and says 'the things you own end up owning you.'

anyway if you wanted philosophy and wisdom you would have gone somewhere else online, you have come here for food photos, swear words and weird losers. welcome to wicked-land. in we go.

i got a load of fonts from the guy who does all the DMU night life graphics the other day. i accidentally pressed 'open' instead of 'install' and this mental shit happened. so glad i didn't have to manually close every single individual box.

bradley (a.k.a the wicked-land street team) got spotted in mosh by a couple of keen readers. hold tight them. i wanna start a photo album on Facebook where people can take photos of them throwing up a wicked-land 'W' hand signal or write a note on a bit of paper and tag wicked-land in. do you reckon it would work?

i met frank for subway one day last week. we got the nice sub cross section going on.

there was a dead rat in my entry to my back yard. i spotted it when i went to get my washing in after work one day. the rancid thing is i went out in my socks the night before to hang my washing out and would have come so close to standing on the fucker.

there is this dickhead white cat who always jams in my back yard. i hate it. so chilling and intrusive, although i reckon this was probably his work so ill give him a prop for that.

the cafe rouge chistmas party poster is a nice bit of design.

i went for lunch at orange tree in the week with sandy and lauren. chicken fajitas. fucking unreal. the salsa was mixed in with the chicken and peppers, it was just delicious. i want them again. everyday since i went i have looked at this photo.

literally anything for money aint it. 'screme eggs.' the goo inside better be fucking green. it better be.

i managed to do this with my head/face the other day. no photoshop, all that mass is in my face. i was quiet proud of this.

this is one of the harshest pains you can feel. i hate it when this happens. even worse is when after taking a picture you pick up the fork to wipe it down and the knife slips in. fuck that.

speaking of forks i made this. me aaron and dan decided this would be perfect for eating pasta and that. just bomb over the top of them and stab them on. because regular forks have not worked fine for 100's of years.

so i went for this. like a devil horns 'rock on' hand sign. good innit.

kyle miller left for L.A yesterday. he had a few drinks on braunstone gate with a load of old faces to see him off. he wore a wicked t-shirt.

darryl constantly buys annoying little knick knacks to have around his computer. he doesn't need this! his laptop has this on it!!! its so small and fucking annoying.

i hate this jumped up box too. i want to tell it its not in london. the old design we had all over leicester worked just fine, we don't need your new, trying-to-be-a-spaceship one.

Yo, its been a while but in we go.

I fucking hate this dumb bitch. she gets away with murder. one of those talentless drips who wormed her way into the public eye on someone else's name (see chloe kardashian) and has carved a career out of not really having any talent. It's like there are no boundaries to what she is allowed to do/say because she was on that TV show a while ago with the rest of her attention seeking family so she has set the standards. she can do and get away with whatever the fuck she wants. deluded old bitch. she is so fucking nasal and whiny, i honestly cannot comprehend how woman can hold her in such high regard, and care for what she has to say.

is it because she was a brilliant parent? i don't think so. she raised two fame hungry little moon headed morons. or could it possibly be her famous sexism? oh its so funny isnt it. everyone loves it when that old dickhead off the t.v, sharon osbourne says what she has to say about males, yet fails to realise the very platform that has been carved out for her to use was built by her husband.
